Because they don't put forth policies that enable or help these groups of people. They abandoned being the party of the working people a long time ago.

For the blue-collar, male, white working class voters, who the Republicans convinced long ago non-whites, non-Christians, and "foreigners" of any race threated their security, the GOP represents their "values". These so-called "values" were vocalized regularly by the impeached president trump, at his rallies or whenever he was close to a microphone. His hate-filled rhetoric was an inspiration to these blue-collar, male, white working class voters.
