Why doesn't the Republican Party mimic the racial and ethnic diversity we see in the USA?

Why should it? Political parties aren't about race. A person doesn't have to be white to be intelligent. Political parties are about politics which is why I suspect they are not called racial parties. Only racists are convinced the world revolves around race.

Like today's Dimm Party?

Why are democrats always trying to deflect from the fact that they are the party of slavery?

Really? It's 2020. Which party is protecting confederate flags and monuments? The blue states voted for Lincoln then and the dems now.

Gee, protecting history is such an awful thing.

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”

― George Orwell, 1984

Because they don't put forth policies that enable or help these groups of people. They abandoned being the party of the working people a long time ago.

Responsible minorities don't want to be given handouts and continually talked down to as Democrats do. We need more of them.

The successful working folks vote heavily Republican. The not so successful and those not working at all vote heavily Democrat. Go figure.

For the blue-collar, male, white working class voters, who the Republicans convinced long ago non-whites, non-Christians, and "foreigners" of any race threated their security, the GOP represents their "values". These so-called "values" were vocalized regularly by the impeached president trump, at his rallies or whenever he was close to a microphone. His hate-filled rhetoric was an inspiration to these blue-collar, male, white working class voters.

Because we dont see increased homogenization as implicitly beneficial for Americans .

Its simple. The GOP harbors and supports racists . That is a deal breaker for most minorities.

The person you elected for President:

They want to put ya'all back in chains.
He (Obama) is articulate and clean.
The problem with the black community is their parents don't read or write.
I don't want to send my children to a racial jungle.
You need to speak Indian to go to a 7-11.

Why is that, because we don't look at blacks like the kids on the short bus the way Democrats do? A rising tide lifts all boats, and the fact that we had the lowest unemployment for women and every minority group since records were kept is evidence of that. In the meantime, your leaders are trying to pollute us with third-world immigrants who will take jobs from those blacks you claim to be so supportive of, either that or lower their wages.

racism is not determined by political party, it's by the willingness to treat your neighbor as you would wish to be treated.

Your have your demographics wrong. Those with the least incomes and the ultra-wealthy vote Democrat. As income increases above 200k up to that ultra-wealthy group, people vote more Republican. I wouldn't consider those folks blue collar. In my town, where the income is over twice the national average with a very high number with college and advanced degrees, it is very hard to find a Biden supporter. In large inner cities, blue collar workers actually have a decent income based on the national average because the cost of living is so high, but in reality, they aren't what most would call very successful professionals.
