The mistake you are making here is assuming that Barack is some kind of "leader". If he were to tell his supporters to quit with the looting and rioting, they'd run him out of town and he'd be unveiled as an impotent pretender.

In any event, after his fellow police officers in Minneapolis and elsewhere see how shabbily their fellow officer is being treated, many will relearn to avoid confrontations with America's titular Sacred Cows, young African American males.

Next time they hear about a black male holding up a liquor store or passing counterfeit bills or molesting some kids, they'll slow walk to the scene, taking their time getting off of their stool in the local donut restaurant and pray that he's gone by the time they get there.
