Why doesn't meat help meat eaters be healthy?

You have to think about for more than a few seconds.
No not really.

Countless products have either become obsolete or were replaced or manufactured in other ways.

You seem to think that finding other ways to make things is impossible.

I know several healthy vegetarians. Markus Rothkranz for instance.
However it's worth saying that such healthy vegetarians usually have degrees in nutrition. It is very important to find all the amino acids. To get them all from the plants take a considerable effort and a great deal of knowledge.
My point exactly when I deem the vegan diet "tortured".

For me that's not true at all. I've been vegan for seven years, and I'm the healthiest I've ever been in my life. I almost never get sick anymore....Even when people around me are sick, I still don't get sick.

And I've had my bloodwork done several times since going vegan, and every time it is come back nearly perfect. No deficiencies whatsoever. And that's without even trying! I mean, I use common sense, but I don't try hard at all to be healthy. I didn't go vegan for health reasons, so that has never been my motivation or focus.

That wasn't my intention. Don't read things into my statements.

Then why boast how easy it is to kill things?

The medical science is very clear that slaughterhouse work has deleterious effects on the mental health of humans but you don't care about that as long as you get to eat your meat.

Bullshit.

Anyone can design a healthy whole food plant based diet.

Hell there are even apps for that

SO what?

The B12 used is produced exactly the same way it is in nature.

You seem pretty selective on what you consider "unnatural"

Feeding cows grain is "Unnatural"

Pumping cows full of antibiotics and steroids is "unnatural"

Humans drinking cow milk is "unnatural"

But you give all those things a pass and have this seemingly insurmountable problem with using bacteria to produce B12 which is EXACLTY the way it is formed in the soil.
Not my point. Nutritional yeast is not a 'natural' source of B12 as suggested.

I'm glad for you. Somehow you have managed to balance your diet. Veganism is dangerous for people who do it without knowing what they're doing. Not for you will apparently. Natural history indicates that our predecessors were omnivores. There's a pretty good chance that the healthiest diet is omnivorous.

Living by God's word has worked well for me.

You're not fully living by God's word if you ignore his command to be MERCIFUL. And to do all things in love. And to treat others the way YOU would want to be treated. And have a teachable spirit. I could go on…

Not boasting, just presenting my personal experiences. Recall that I also 'bragged' that I only consume one-fifth of the average person's meat consumption. You should hail me as a good example.

Noah was given meat after the flood no?

Beef liver is the single most potent nutrition food on the planet. I eat it about 50/50 raw and cooked. I also eat a wide variety of vegetables. There are times when I'll have a vegetarian month. There are other times when I'll do a Paleo month. I'm a strong believer in variety when it comes to nutrition.

I have God's permission to eat meat. He even tells me the best meat to eat. You are not God's messenger to me in this regard.

I have no control over how animals are killed or the effect on the workers. I think that in order to change things for the better requires a change in human nature.

You guys need to get out more. Most of the vegans I know don't do it for health reasons, and don't really try that hard, and they're still healthy. It's really not hard at all!

As for our natural history, well, as you may have noticed reading this thread, I have an entirely different worldview than you do. In the biblical worldview, we all started out as herbivores. And once mankind started eating meat, our lifespan decreased significantly.

I don't think anyone is condemning veganism here.

People are certainly free to make their own choices. There's no indication that man was ever not an omnivore.

Best beef liver I ever had was in the Army. Even guys who didn't like liver at home raved about it.

True. We're resisting being beat over the head with it. :omg:
