Marxism's fundamental flaw is that the supposed "transition period", i.e. the dictatorship of the proletariat is inherently flawed in that said dictatorship will never willingly give up power to "evolve" into the classless society" but instead will go in the opposite direction and create itself as the ruling class in perpetuity.

Marxism requires theoretical "perfect" humans both as leaders and as followers.
