That's like arguing Egyptians were militarily superior because they didn't record their defeats. Would you really expect their contemporaries to claim they weren't as smart as the Israelites?

I think you need to look at things like their establishing standards as a sign of their intelligence or their detailed record keeping.

Why do I think it? Well, historically there were a number of triggers predating the whole deicide thing. The Bible explains a baseline reason - Jews are different and maintain the distinctions. This make people worry that Jews will not mix and will support some other ideology. Then add in the whole Jesus stuff, the medieval attitudes fostered by governments looking for a convenient scapegoat and limited experiences being generalized out of laziness. None of this is related to the factual errors I pointed out.

Did they build secret hospitals and testing centres in the desert?
And why do you think that these experiments backfired so badly ?
