As reported previously here, Trump sued CNN for calling the big lie "The Big Lie" and
lost embarrassingly in court.
Tulsi Gabbard (after going from Democrat to Fox News right-winger) sued Hillary for defamation. But her lawsuit was such a joke that
she dropped it after getting some attention-grabbing headlines about filing the lawsuit. She tried to save face by pretending she "had to focus on COVID" instead.
Trump counter-sued the woman he sexually assaulted (Jean Carroll) because she called it "rape". The judge
embarrassed Trump in yet another loss, noting that ordinary people would call what he did to her "rape" even if though he was liable for 'sexual assault'.
Now Elon Musk tries to vent his anger by filing a lawsuit that
has no chance of going anywhere against Media Matters, for ratting him out regarding antisemitic ads on Twitter aka X.
While some lawsuits have been successful, they are few and far between compared to the losses.
Let's examine the reasons why these lawsuits consistently result in lopsided defeats for the right-wingers who file them.
