I thought that it wasn't worth that much? Didn't the other case definitively state that Mara Lago was only worth $1 Million and that why Trump committed "fraud"?

BTW, since Trump didn't do it, there will be plenty more appeals on this case before Ms. Carrol gets paid a dime.

I would suggest that she propose a settlement, maybe Trump will settle for a couple thousand dollars for the nuisance value? Then at least the old lady will be able to get a new set of dentures or something for her effort.

I think if Carrol proposed a couple thousand dollar settlement, with the caveat that she admits that she lied about the incident in question, Trump would be willing to go for it.
