The Creedal Christians believe in the Greek cod of Aristotle and not the God of the Bible.
Check this out and then Protestants, Orthodox and Catholics explain yourselves.

1. Aristotle was a fisherman of Greek cod? First I've heard about this. Is that in The Book of Mormon?
2. I don't follow links. If you are ignorant about a Catholic belief or teaching, summarize it in your own words and I'll respond.

I don't follow links.
I'll follow many, but not with the Zuck looking over my shoulder.

When we post new threads, we are to provide references. I provided a reference. You have the choice to be ignorant or listen to his statements. The ideas of God being without body, parts or passions is not biblical, period. The ideas came from the Greeks. Aristotle to be specific. Your creeds as well as Protestant creeds that closely follow Catholic creed of Nicene is Aristotlesteen, not biblical. And you complain about the Book of Mormon? Sad.

I don't complain about the Book of Mormon as I have no interest in it. Thank you for summarizing the link. I have no interest in that, either. Carry on.

Well, why do you follow Aristotle's belief in God rather than the apostles and prophets of the Bible? Was Aristotle the actually first Pope of the Catholic Church?

Yawn. Any discussion that starts with a wrong premise will be logically unsound and therefore ridiculous. Or stupid. Like the suggestion Aristotle was the first Pope. Have a nice evening.

It's a shock to find this out.

So, where are all the Protestants? Catholics will always ignore the truth about their doctrines no matter what. I could be the Lord himself teaching this fact about Aristotle and they would reject it. So funny. The Father and Son both have resurrected physical bodies with parts and passions. The Bible says so.

No it does not. Your first mistake was in being brainwashed by the Book of Moron.
So, Jesus was resurrected. That means his body was joined with his spirit as a physical resurrected man. Glorified man. He even ate with people afterwards. He had people touch him as proof of what a resurrected person feels like too. And, he promised this to all who would die. It's the grace or gift promised as he gave this to Israel through Isiah as will. "Together with my dead body will all arise with me." This is all in the Bible. So, you reject the Bible too?

To continue, Protestants and Catholics believe that the Father and Son are the same personage. Just in different form. Jehovah came off His thrown to gain a body, atone for our sins, and be resurrected to rise again and sit beside himself in heaven on the right hand of himself. So, you believe the Father too must have a resurrected body since you believe the Father and Son are the same personage. You people are so confused and contorted with your own beliefs. It's truly hysterical.
