Life quality is better (than in the USA) in France, Ireland, Luxemburg, Japan, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, New Zealand, Netherlands, Australia, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Canada. ... Why do you do not do just simple what Canada is doing?

As it was in East Germany? After the reunion of Germany the average life span in the East of Germany grew about 20 years.
I don't have anything against any serios culture and tradition of the world. Neverthelss I was also in case of our own country always convinced the best rule in contact with foreigners is "In Rome do as the Romans do". Indispensable element: In Germany exist the same laws for everyone - and the "basic law" in Germany for everyone, who enters Germany, is our constitution. In this context I know not any multi-culturalism. But everything else follows my very old Bavarian rule "live and let live".
Really? I heard from a Russian, who said once: "When a German says something is not working, then he just simple did not try to repair it or to make it better." In general: "Geht nicht, gibt's nicht" (=There's no such thing as can't be done). A problem in such a context are often only costs.
I would say the problem, which you like to discuss, is not the life-style of Germans or the life-quality in Germany. I guess the real discussion is "USA vs open world".

During the election campaign,calls to start fighting poverty in our country are almost inaudible as well as the calls to stop vicious practice of the enslavement of the American people by the American banks belonging to a handful of super-rich, super-cynical and super-brazen people who believe that the gap between the American people and them is a NORMAL state of society...
Why did our fathers and grand-fathers worked alone after the war, fully supporting family, paying off a house in 3-4 years, a car - in a year, and their wives were raising kids, and now porn sites and the street bring up our children?
Why after the war it was a SHAME to have a debt, and now the WHOLE nation, with the exception of a handful of the super-rich, are debtors of banks, are in debts?
This is so simple....Germany has very few brown and black folks ******* the place up. They haven’t been ruined by multiculturalism.
The situation is currently changing dramatically due to Merkel’s policy of accepting “refugees” - Kurds and Africans. All are young under 25 years old. African women ALL arrive pregnant, even without husbands, to receive child support. And the social service gives young males coupons for visiting brothels ... at the expense of German taxpayers.
But Germans live better, because the rich steal less from their own people than in America

Real Germans ever will accept real refugees. That's our nature. The problems around the year 2015, which not only our chanellor Merkel but also a mayorite of all us Germans underestimated (I was an exception) were different from the most nonsense which the modern Nazi-like ideologists of the political poarty AfD try to propagate. And from the region Kurdistan (Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran) came since decades refugees to Germany. In Germany live Kurds since the early 1950ies. Some are Germans lilke all others. Lots of Germans have a migration background on their own due to displacements since world war 2. We never had problems with Kurds. We call them in most cases "Turks" - what's totally wrong. Kurds live since more than 5000 years in their region and are speaking an indo-germanic language (not all European languages are indo-germanic languages, that's why I avoid the modern expression "indo-european").
And problems with Africans in sense of Blacks exist only beause of illegal trafficker networks in Africa. They produce delusions about the life in Europe like cheese in mousetraps. And when someone came to Europe then they send with smart phones often wrong messages back to Africa. No one likes to say "I was an idiot - I made the wrong decision to go to Europe. I'm not happy here. The sun is in winter not shining and it's damned cold. Heating costs an asset. Some Germans on their own have a well paid job - but live in a hostel for homeless people too. And others don't know what's the best: to heat their houses or to eat something. Mad country."
The worst problems exist by the way with drug dealers and organized criminal clans - for example from the Arab regions of the world.
An another problem are polticians like you (fake discussions on propagandistic reasons) or polticians like the Roman procurator Varus ... oh sorry ... like the US-ambassador Richard Grenell and others, who support in Germany and all over Europe Nazi-movements.
First is how you say, what you do not really try to understand, only xenophbic or racist nonsense. And second: Sure exist young man, who make an adventure trip to Europe, because they like to enhance their chances - but this is not a reason for asylum and this is also not good for the countries where they come from too. Third: You have absolutelly not any idea about women. A pregnant woman with or without other children leaves not her country and safe situation - except on drastical reasons. I guess the very few women, who come to Germany without husband but pregnant are in nearly all cases real refugees, who need help.
Some social workers get sometimes crazy ideas because of stress. This had happened in an absurde case as far as I heard. Burnout from a social worker, I guess.
What's wrong. The same disaster in Germany. But "to steal" is not the right expression. The process is that rich men try to give costs to the public and try to make profits private. And the capitalistic system suffers the problem of super-richdom. A never ending richdom is a paradox. No one found yet a good solution for this problem. And it's not only a problem of rich and poor. It's also a problem of rich and rich. I heard Amazon for example forced - ah sorry "convinced" - a community to stop a tax of $275 for every workplace from Amazon and Microsoft and others, beause of their workers the housing costs exploded and lots of people became homeless, although they have a well payed job. A kind of paradox, which needs correction. If I remember well they had calculated 15-30 million dollars a year for to be able to help homeless people. Not much money for the petty cash of Amazon - but they stopped it. Mircosoft on the other side gave 500 millions to help to solve such problems.

A small example: a can of the best blackcurrant jam (which is not even availavle in America) costs ... 99 cents. In America, a can ofa disgusting jam with a high sugar content (otherwise it is impossible - the Americans will not gain weight, and then -they will not buy medications or nutritional supplementsto reduce weight - business is business!) - 4 dollars 50 cents!

And lots of people who have the Germans citizenship come from all over the world to Germany - for example live in Germany lots of Russians with only the German citizenship, who came after the reunion to Germany (2.9 million). So your criteria "born in the USA" is not really comparable. Not born in Germany (after the reunion) would be in this case about 10.2+4.3+2.9=17.4 millions. If I compare this with the USA then 14.7% of the people in the USA were not born in the USA - and in Germany are 21% (and more) of the people not born in Germany.

No - it is not. It is even higher because about 12 million people came after world war 2 to Germany because of displacements. For sure more than 4 from 20 people in Germany are not born in Germany and in the USA are about 3 from 20 people not born in the USA.
