I can get on board and can understand how and why former staffers can come out against the man. First, trump is a narcissist and has many personality flaws. Most everyone has that one boss in their life they despised, and for some reason, didn't know why they were in that position. Second, and you can disagree, but it's currently the fad to hate Trump. Some of those former staffers, are probably looking for those few minutes of MSM attention to share how terrible it was working for Trump.

BUT... when looking at his first 4 years, can we honestly say it was bad for America? Spock stated his utilitarian philosophy when he said, "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few", and perhaps, that is Trump's method (but I highly doubt he actually understand the philosophy behind it). Perhaps, Trump says, I'm not getting what I need out of my staff based on what the whole of America needs, therefore fires and moves on. Unfortunately he doesn't handle it all that well.

And frankly, we want a president that will do what is best for the country, not what is best for themself, their party, or for D.C. as whole. And I think that's what won over Trump back in 2015. A non-politicians, who didn't give two shits about Politics and wanting to drain the swamp. Idealistically, what's wrong with that?

It's not his toxic personality that concerns them. Look at what they actually say.

What they actually say is that he lacks the intelligence, the intellectual curiosity, the focus, the basic knowledge of critical issues, the patience, and the leadership skills that are requisites for the position. They're thankful that COVID was the only catastrophe he faced (and he would admit on tape that he was dishonest with the American people there), but they worry that his lack of the above qualities will fail him in future emergencies.

I know you're not going to agree with the above, I know that MAGA will summarily dismiss it as "fake news from RINOs and commies", but the fact remains that it's the opinion of his former WH attorneys, WH staff, generals and cabinet members. People who would know far more about this issue than you or I. And it's not hard to find. This has never happened in the history of this country. Not ever. Not close.
