So the fake woowoo is paying women a lot less 'wompum' than the guys in her office.

pay equality is about people working the same position, with equal qualifications making unequal pay. To say that all of her employees make different rates is irrelevant. Saying that she pays her female receptionist a lot less a male manager, isn't much of an argument. Compare staffers with equal positions or pack it up and keep it moving. To look at her whole staff without taking in regards the position each person holds will produce a skewed and inaccurate conclusion.
