for months weve heard dems blame Trump for the spread of covid 19 [a virus that is ravaging the entire planet !] and now that Trumpn isnt in the WH the dems are blaming republicans who they claim arent getting vaccinated [even though most of the elderly have been vaccinated and its a known fact that the elderly especially whites vote republican !
most of the spread is happening with unvaccinated younger people who dont tend to vote republican ! so dems are blaming their fellow Americans for covid spreading but i havent heard one dem leader or any dem voter for that matter blame China !
and now were starting to find out that even the vaccinated are getting the delta variant ! but we dont hear anything from the left about China being at fault for this virus that evidence is starting to mount suggesting it escaped from a lab !
covid doesnt behave like any virus the world has ever seen and its obvious that it came from a gain of function enhancement from a lab ! but will the dems say China is at fault ? will they place even the tiniest bit of blame on the Chicom gov that enforces slave labor and puts people in concentration camps ? ohhh no ! it seems that dems arent even able to contemplate that a country that practices such evil would unleash a virus onto the world ! nope its their fellow Americans ! why wont the dems focus as much of their blame and ire on China as they do republicans ?
does political gain and power mean that much to them ? its a sad sad state this country is in when an entire political party would rather place blame on their fellow Americans than the country that unleashed a virus that has killed millions across the world .
Blaming China is as useless as blaming Smith and Wesson when you get shot.
It is the same idiocy. Only one is rejected by the Right. And the other is embraced.
COVID is like any other disease. Able to be managed and minimized with common sense precautions. Precautions that have been known to mankind for a hundred years in most cases.
Even longer in some cases. The Bible talks about isolating people with boils to insure they don’t have Leprosy. But hey. Just because it’s worked for thousands of years doesn’t mean it works now.
And by the way. I said the exact same thing when that Nurse came back after treating Ebola patients in Africa. She should have isolated. The odds of her having the disease may be a million to one. But the results would be catastrophic if she did.
The efficacy of masks was well known. Until the Right decided they were experts. Then suddenly masks are stupid.
Masks never eliminated the production of viral or bacterial infections. They reduced the probability.
Back to Smith and Wesson. Cops wear bullet proof vests. Despite the fact they they are useless if the cop is shot in the head. Every cop wears one. Are they perfect? Guaranteed? No. But the reduce the probability of being killed.
I work with heavy equipment. We move fifty tons some days in a single lift. My silly little hard hat and safety glasses coupled with steel toed shoes would do diddly squat if it fell on me.
But we wear them anyway. Because it can help if hit by something smaller. A wrench or bolt as one example.
All of this used to be well known and accepted. We strove to reduce the odds of something bad happening. We could never eliminate all risk. But we would try and reduce that risk as much as possible.
Suddenly we come to COVID. And now everyone is a medical expert. The actual doctors with experience in infectious diseases are all communist anti American socialist tools of the DNC.
So now we are supposed to blame China. Well. Why don’t we blame Smith and Wesson for shootings? Why don’t we blame Dodge for the DUI accidents? Why not blame Boeing when some dolt flys into the clouds and crashes?
Because we have long blamed the individual for the actions that led to the tragedy.
Want to know why COVID is spreading like wildfire? Well we stopped wearing masks. We stopped the precautions. And some of us scoffed at the precautions.
So if all these deaths are because of China I may have to reconsider the long held belief that individuals were responsible for murders. Not the tool.
