One reason is that when blacks are found guilty of the same crimes as other races, they seem to be sentenced to more time in jail.
Of course, that is assuming they got a fair trial at all which, in many cases, they didn’t.
What it means is that the family unit in black homes if kept fractured by the State far more often than it is for other races. Fundamental to ending the cycles of poverty and violence is an effective family unit.
Thats because white people have jobs and can hire an attorney.
And of course there's the repeat offender angle.
That's one contributing factor true. The other major factor though is behavior modification... a concept most people don't seem
to recognize as to what influences easily influenced minds. Here is an example of glorification of behavior that contributes to criminal behavior.
