Government and Government agencies exist to serve themselves. Period.
I have no answer for their incompetence or how to fix it. I can tell you when my car is broken down and sometimes I can tell you why. But I can't tell you how to fix it.

There has been an unimaginably stupid chorus blaming Iran/Islamic Terror for everything from the drones in NJ to the hacking of the Trump campaign computers. You have to have an IQ under 5 to believe any of that.
Did the FBI official on the scene not notice the "ISIS flag?"

There is no evidence to the contrary.
There are way too many Americans that can't tell shit from shinola anymore. Trumpy has been waging a war on facts since he entered the scene.
Just the flag is not enough for me. It needs other collaborating evidence, like his online history.

I just had a fantastic breakfast of bacon and eggs and French toast and at 1:00 I'm going to play golf... had a great night welcoming the new year at the golf club and ended up in my hot tub at around 2:00AM.... and I wasn't alone....

And regarding ISIS....
One of the more curious facts about ISIS is that "ISIS" never attacked Israel. ISIS was all about Islamic people killing other islamic people.
Maybe 9 years ago I worked for Habitat for Humanity. Another volunteer was a refugee from Iraq. He told me he personally observed US made helicopters deliver supplies to "ISIS" in Iraq. He described quite a bit, including that "Blackwater" would just go in and off everyone in a town whether they resisted or not. And that was before "al Baghdadi" got unmasked...
and is undoubtedly still alive, since his body was never found....

It provides high paying jobs to the children and relatives of bureaucrats along with plausible deniability for why it wasn't that specific agencies responsibility for particular case because it didn't be fit the profiles they were assigned to track.
Trump's going to have a hell of a time trying to change it.
