The problem is that the government won't keep violent criminals behind bars/execute them and have put so many medical privacy exemptions into law that the mentally ill can buy firearms legally. The government doesn't take action because LIBERALS won't let it. They think the rights of the mentally ill and criminals overshadow the rights of lawful citizens.
