Polls show most Americans side with democratic issues despite voting republican.

Most Americans...

1) Favor raising the minimum wage
2) Favor gay marriage
3) Favor Background checks on gun ownership
4) Want the government to manage the effects of climate change
5) Favor raising taxes on the wealthy

Beyond polls, it has been proven over and over supply side economics do not work. Climate change has a wide global scientific consensus as being man made. The vast majority of peer-reviewed studies from around the world support the claim.

Regulations do very little to hinder job growth. The BLS statistics prove that. Why do they seek deregulation?

Yeah. That's how we lost all those congressional House and ?senate races in 2014.

Oh wait...

The mainstream GOP is doing much better since kicking the TP in the ass during the primaries.

We have seen the stupidity on EO and social concerns, including vaccinations, kicked in the ass by the leadership, for instance.

You're still confused by the last two mid-term results aren't you?

You don't want the TPs votes?
If we outreach correctly, we will pull more from the Millennials then we will get from you. And we will get many of your votes anyway.

The mainstream GOP is not confused by the national elections the last two times, which far outweighs the importance of the bi-elections.

Why can't the left figure it out that most Americans:

Are fed up with so many idle people on welfare.

Want our borders secure and jobs to go to Americans, not illegal aliens.

Want the Keystone pipeline and for the new jobs to go to American citizens.

Know that there is such a thing as Islamic terrorists and consider it a problem.

Dislike Obamacare and want it repealed.

Republicans just won the biggest landslide in modern history. Why can't liberals understand that they lost the "ideological edge"? Is Michael Savage right when he said that liberalism is a mental illness?

We got less votes than last time.

We need to reach out to the millennials and the centrists, as well as keep getting away from the TP, which we are doing a good job at the moment.

They may be in favor of it, but nobody votes based on those issues, dumb ass. Almost nobody is voting for or against a candidate solely due to any of those things you listed.

Or did you just miss the mid terms?

Um since when do most Americans want it appealed? Most want changes to it, not repeal the entire thing.

You people don't even know the facts on welfare. Hell many people on Medicare bitch about welfare.

The keystone will create very little permanent jobs.

1) Favor raising the minimum wage
Raising it yes doubling it no.
2) Favor gay marriage
Yeah I will go along with that one.
3) Favor Background checks on gun ownership
We already have background checks.
4) Want the government to manage the effects of climate change
The government is incapable of doing this even if one did believe the climate change hype.
5) Favor raising taxes on the wealthy
Raising taxes on the wealthy does nothing to lower the debt if you continue to spend more than you bring as the budget just put forward by Obama shows.

You dumb fuck, people pay for medicare, they pay medicare taxes while they work, premiums for part A and B when they start drawing it. Welfare, not so much.

Progressivism got its collective ass handed to it last November and this is the narrative you came up with?
And who are "most Americans"...Identify them.
Define "favor" as it applies to your theories.

The earth's climate cannot be "managed" by shifting tax burden( Cap and Trade for example) from one business to another.
In fact, the Earth's climatic cycles cannot be managed at all.
Those asked about the min wage are never asked to consider or even answer that question by putting themselves in the position of a business owner. In other words, it is easy to talk about such issues when the person being asked has no skin in the game.
Gun owners already have permitting requirements. The problem is those on the left refuse to allow investigation into the mental health status of the individual wishing to purchase/own firearms. They say that it would be "punishing someone for a crime they might commit".
As for point 5, this latest proposal by Obama is mere political grandstanding. His plan would according to the White House, add $600 billion to the treasury over the next ten years.
Quite frankly and realistically, this is a very insignificant amount. The US govt spends $60 billion every 7.8 weeks. That's based on a budget of $4 trillion per year. $60 billion in new revenue per year, divided by 7.7( amount spent per week)
So basically by taxing those YOU don't like for the simple reason they have more than you, we get a couple months of more spending on stupid shit.
Great plan.

We?...Um YOU are excluded. You are NOT conservative. You side with the libs. You post lib....That makes you a lib...

On gay marriage...I don't support it. Nor am I opposed to it.
In fact, if gay people want to indulge in an act which stands a nearly 6 in ten chance of failure, involves arguing about the most stupid shit on planet earth, be my guest. What makes gay people think they should be exempt from the headaches of marriage,

I'm of the same mind on gay marriage it's really a non issue for me.
