Why Biden stumbles.

Biden has serious neuropathy in his feet which causes him to stumble, trip, and walk painfully. I have mild neuropathy in my feet as well. It affects your balance, and if you saw me walking, you would swear I was drunk as I can't walk a straight line if you paid me.
