Why aren't there more hicks and country bumpkins in Dexter?

Lol, never been to Miami obviously. Miami is the hoyty toyty crowd. Bunch of stuck up so and so. The keys has the wealthy also but much friendlier atmosphere. Not really fond of Miami. First words out of a women in a bar in Miami is what kind of car do you drive? I tell them a 1988 Ford tempo. Gets rid of them real quick.

Florida certainly has it's share of shitty rednecks but Miami is all Cubans and retired northerners. Up on the panhandle it's a different story. Where I live is sometimes called the redneck Riviera.
