I've been seeing mostly the T-72B1 and B3 in Ukraine. Some T-80's and a few T-90M's. The T-72 is way out of date; of course you can upgrade them as they have since the 70's to modern optics and ERA armor but you still underneath it all, have a T-72. You can put lipstick on a pig but in the end, it's still a pig. The T-72/90 variants are cursed by design of the automatic auto loading ammo carousel. Once hit, kaboom....killing the whole crew of 3.

Why Are Moscow Tanks Failing in Ukraine

Russian equipment.....Russian troops.

I'm a little surprised they even made it into Ukraine.

I have heard reports, that there is nearly half a million troops that are starting to be organized, equipped, trained and readied for the winter offensive.
Because, historically, you do know, that is how Russia operates, right?

Six to eight weeks. IN that force, about a 1000 more tanks, 1000 self propelled artillery, and 1000 mobile infantry.
A lot of the Ukrainian force is mercenaries. When faced with this force. . . . . . ???

I don't know if that is true.

Could be as much propaganda, as we hear from our side, but the situation could be very different come March.

Just giving you a heads up.

You know I listen, critically, to all sides.

The Russians don't even have a 1,000 tank hulks left in their parks.

How many foreign fighters fight for Ukraine?

More than 20,000 fighters from 52 countries volunteered for Ukraine's military. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on allies for more air and missile defense systems after Russia's latest

and

These numbers have been bolstered as men aged between 18 and 60 have been conscripted and other civilians have volunteered to bear arms - bringing the total to between 500,000 and 700,000 troops according to various estimates by experts.

it still exists as a nation?
collapsed 2 times in 75 years , almost did the same in 1905 as well , in 70s had nothing to eat . exists as an empire but not for long , its for sure

A question remains however - what has spent more time in the air; Russian jets, or Russian tank turrets?
