Yes it's CBS's channel they should be able to run whatever they want.

I would be on the con side if these liberal groups were complaining to the FCC or to the government to force CBS's hand but they aren't and even if you find it annoying you can't say it's a free speech issue.

You don't watch Fox much do you? They are SO well documented with news sources, video clips, et al that they often don't have time to get in a great deal of commentary.

Evenso, Fox generally modifies the 'evidence' on the clips if there is opposing information about what they indicate. Keith and Rachel almost never do that.

why don't you tell that to FoF and other organizations like that that often threaten advertisers when they dont' like certain programming, complain about sexuality and violence on TV, try to ban video games and protest mustical artist if they have vulgar language, or how about the entire stupid nipple incident during the superbowl. that's where hypocrisy is, and the articles posted above these comments show that. NO ONE gets to be outraged when people exercise their rights to boycott things. It's our damn right to choose the things we consume, it's not an assault to free speech or any sort of liberty.

However, I beleive that ANYONE can be outraged at anything that they choose to be outraged at. That is part of exercising ones rights to free speech.
The ad people have a right to express their opinions, those against those opinions being aired on a network have their right to object to it being aired and those who object to those opposed to the network airing the ad have their right to express their opinions.
To me that is all part of the process.

Although I do agree with you on your second point that boycotting is not an assault to free speech.

No, you did not use thopse words, but there is no way you ever wtached fox news if you believe that they do not quote news sources (with names) and provide video.
