Why Are Leftist Cops Wasting Taxpayer Money With This??

No, it isn't. Leaving pamphlets on a table is not a threat. A gun in your waistband is an implied threat.

I guess you aren't smart enough to understand the difference.
😄

How smart were these dumb fucks? Here's the thing, it is reasonable to infer that Nazi symbols at synagogues or nooses and burning crosses at black churches are implied threats because no one is required to pretend to be an idiot who doesn't understand the context of those symbols just as we aren't required to pretend to not understand the implied threat of a gun in your waistband. If you think being cowards who've found a cute loophole is clever, it ain't. Careful you don't fuck around and find out like these dumb sonsofabitches.

No it isn't. Had they burned a swastika into the grass, or painted them on a wall, you would have a point.

They didn't, and you don't

😄

The reality is that people who do these sorts of things against Black and Jewish places of worship do get prosecuted, while yours is just a cuck fantasy. The standard for convicting someone is beyond a reasonable doubt and through our laws society is telling you that our concerns are reasonable and yours are not. How you like them apples? 😁
The Constitution says your "concerns" are unreasonable.

You're quibbling about the method of the delivery. Why is burning it on the lawn or painting it on the wall worse that putting it on a sticker and plastering a synagogue with them?

No. I am talking about what the law says. They didn't break any based on what is being reported.

And if the reports are true, then it is the COPS who have broken a law.

The Constitution says the police can't put them in jail for distributing material the police don't like.
That's not what they were arrested for. They were arrested for aggravated assault. You don't have to touch anyone to commit assault, as with the gun in your waistband analogy, the threat is implied.

The report makes no mention of that at all. Why are you lying?

That isn't assault by an stretch o fthe imagination. That wasn't my analogy, and a gun on your hip is not an implied threat.
