They are coming down a bit on older homes in my AO....When those are gone you will start to see a drop in new home prices.

Just over a year ago there were only 12 homes for sale in my country. Now there are scores of them for sale.

I live in the Real Estate Capital of the Universe -- South Florida.

And they're coming down in a big way. I'd say around 15-20% in the last 6 Months.

And yes, I was a licensed Realtor. And yes, I was actively looking to sell my House. Still am. But not in a hurry. Florida is getting way, WAY too infested with Fat, Smelly New Yawkers (they don't bathe a lot) and other assorted Yankees. We had a Stage III Cellulite Alert the other day at the Beach.

And where I'm looking to move is going down even more than here. I look every day.

If it's going up anywhere..... It won't for long.

So, as usual, dimocrap scum don't have a ******* clue. About anything. It's why they're dimocrap scum -- They stupid...... No, they are ******* stupid

In the mid 1960's I bought a home built in 1930 in NYC for $18,000 sold it in 2002 for $216,000.
The latest value and sales price for this home is $634,230 today.

Indeed, the lack of new construction began with Barry Obama the man of many alias names.
So for the last 17 years we had lack of construction of homes while Democrats have imposed draconian environmental blocks to building new homes while increasing costs of items.
