Zone1 Why are Christians opposed to abortion when God.....

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John 1-3:15; John 3:17-21:25.

Proof-texting never a good idea. So much is left out.
Right, right. So much left out about the post birth abortion of Jesus. Namely that God didn't really give that much. Jesus didn't DIE for us, he had an unpleasant weekend for us and then he was back with daddy. Oh hold on here, isn't Jesus his own daddy?

What about Government's plan? Lead the people into corruption so they won't make a peep about political/government corruption. We steal them blind, but they are killing their children.

Unlike the sixty percent who go along with what authority says is okay, Jesus stood his ground for what he knew was right. The authorities in his day were trying to fleece the poor, even the impoverished, if it lined their own pockets. "Hey, Jesus! Just look the other way! No big deal! Besides, if you don't, we can have you put to death. Just watch."

Jesus stood his ground. The result: A horrible death. Resurrection. Something to keep in mind when we say no to authorities who then want to stomp and silence those who question what they are doing.

Authority now tells us it is right to mutilate children, and tells lesser authority that it is even okay to start proceedings in this direction while keeping what they are doing a secret from parents. Kill your children! Mutilate your children! But be sure to buckle up and get your vaccines. Your bodies belong to us! And we are not that fond of children. Obviously. Taking care of children takes money that could be used to line their pockets instead.

Just to be clear, are you saying Jesus died as a protest of abortion and the covid vaccine?

But my point was that God didn't give his only begotten son, he loaned em to us for three days. Then he was supposedly resurrected and daddy God had his son back.

What were the people doing? Does the Bible explain that...how people bring disaster down upon themselves?
What did the babies do to bring disaster down upon themselves? Lots of then couldn't even hold their heads up yet. What sins did they commit?

God does stuff like that when he's pissed. Check out 1 Samuel 15:3-4

If that is how someone sees Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, then that's how they see it. Kind of like seeing that all there is about math is 1+1=2. It's a start.

What was mankind doing to bring disaster to themselves and their children? What is mankind doing today that brings disaster upon themselves and their children?

They certainly weren't making it rain enough to drown everybody. God did that. Again, what did those babies do to deserve that?

They happened to be born in an area where a natural disaster took place. That natural disaster was as much beyond their control as it was beyond parental control. I wonder about people who have no belief in natural disasters, but are anxious to blame them on God. And these people don't even believe in God.

There are so many great themes in the story of Noah. It's a shame they are so often missed.
