Only if you were acting in a suspicious or threatening manner or live in an area of high crime. If I were to be told to keep both hands on the steering wheel I would want to cooperate, but I would also wonder about the state of mind of the policeman. In fact it's the exact way I made something of myself but I used the white version.
I did in fact ride the bus four hours a day,but it wasnt rap,blunts and forties it was getting a haircut and being responsible in the way I dressed and acted.
