Trying to conduct foreign policy as he sees fit, which is any Presidents right, and Bolton spins it as being aimed at the 2020 election.
There is nothing wrong in this, you might disagree, but that is all it is, disagreement. Bolton now thinks this is impeachable! ANd the left nods its approval.
