Who would win Spider-Man or Superman? Why?

I like spiderman more but facts are facts people....Superman is not going down to
spidey. He's only been down one time, hell he died and he still came back!!!

Spider Man Can sling web but Super Man can strait up fly, and is also far stronger and faster.

Peter Parker is a scientific genius. He would probably get kicked around by Supes to begin with but then then something would interupt the fight long enough for Peter to develop kryptonite webbing. I doubt CK could handle that much. Peter doesnt have such an easily exploitable weakness.

Besides, men are only as good as the women who stand behind them. I think MJ could Kick LL's ass any day. Hence i think Peter would win
