Maybe on occasion, it can be something other than propaganda, but in the case of what Markle posted, it's nothing more than propaganda. I had asked what things has Trump screwed up, admitted to, and then fixed in response to another poster's assertions, and Markle saw fit to answer with a propaganda meme that didn't answer the question.
