The Bidens will be prosecuted in State courts almost certainly, and if they overturn the pardons (which i doubt will happen), they will also federally prosecute them.

Multiple people in the FBI will be prosecuted. People on Faucis team will be prosecuted. We may see some people within the DOJ get prosecuted too. Then you have the NGO situation where you will likely see prosecutions. People in Act Blue will be prosecuted. Fanni Willis and Letetia James will be prosecuted, along with many others.
