Who will be the first to go?

Tariffs have been mis-identified as the problem. Trade imbalances are the problem which are not correctable with tariffs.

BTW, CNBC just mentioned a WSJ story that came out over the w/e with sources saying Lutnick and Bessent waited for Navarro to be in a meeting outside of the West Wing and then quickly went to the Oval and convinced Dotard to pause the tariffs. Meaning those two apologists for trump's idiocy understand he is acting on moronic advice from Pete. Again, what does it say about Dotard that he chose a moron to advise him?
They’ll forget about the tariffs. Maybe there will be some trade deals years later but they won’t care about the details. It could be a copy paste of the old deal and they’ll be told it’s way better so they’ll believe it’s way better.

Lutnick is most closely tied to the tariffs, so Trump would surely throw him under the bus. It no longer matters that Lutnick contributed millions. It's hard to see him just quit on his own.
Lutnick is the biggest bootlicker in the cult, no one lavishes praise on Dear Leader like Lutnick does, it is next level devotion rarely heard in civilized society. For that reason I'm not sure Trump will dispose of him.

The trade imbalance will be minimal once the world drops their decades long tariffs on the US.

You guys never remember anything a month after it happens. You just move on to the next bullshit idea from Trump.
The Republicans do not. And they have so much to work with. SNL had a goldmine with Joe and Kamala. And did so very little. SNL of course is in a division of the Progressive Socialist Communist agendas.

This really bums me out. You are 100% right. There could have been so many classic sketches, but they failed to do even one good sketch. Look what Will Ferrel did with George Bush. It was hilarious, despite not having much to work with. Meanwhile, Joe is the most mockable person in world history. We were robbed of great comedy.

Which people did i claim will be prosecuted? Name them and i bet i will STILL agree that prosecution is coming. A bunch of people are going to be prosecuted.
“I bet”

God it’s sad. Like a kid who thinks dad is coming back after he left to get cigarettes 5 years ago.

Who has left Trump's administration and orbit?

If trump has had one success during 2.0 it is all the work his lackeys did prior to the inauguration identifying folks with such a degree of blind loyalty there has not been a series of resignations and firings like there was during 1.0.

But for how much longer? Will the impending inflation triggered by tariffs likely sending Don's disapproval rating higher than it already is be the catalyst?

Trump’s approval rating on the economy drops to lowest of his presidential career, CNBC Survey finds

What about the illegality and abject cruelty of the deportations? Or the defiance of the Supreme Court? Or DOGE cutting things like Head Start and AmeriCorps and life saving assistance abroad?

Or perhaps self-preservation will kick in. I mean, at some point members of the regime are going to realize getting a job once this debacle is over will be much easier if they make a principled decision to walk away now.
Elon Musk will have to leave, the honeymoon is over.

All those folks should know by now with trump, loyalty only goes one way. If firing you suits the Felon-in-Chief's purposes.......you're gone.

If the trade deficit goes down, it’ll be because the dollar is devalued and Americans have less disposable income.
You guys have no answers. Nothing. And nothing you will do make the United States remain top dog. You will just continue the decline until we are fighting each other in a huge way and/or become subservient to China and East Asia. Powerful nations in decline many times do not go in peace. It may be dangerous, and we could use nukes to protect what we have left.

We aren’t in decline. We have continued to have the strongest and most innovative economy in the world.

You’re being lied to.

Maybe Navarro will get tagged with the failure of the tariffs to produce the desired affect.

Trump has assembled an extremely competent Cabinet that are laser focused on fixing the things that are wrong with the country. One by one they are checking off the promises that were made to the American people on the campaign trail. Will some of them leave at some point? I'd be shocked if some of them didn't! Trump is setting a grueling pace with his agenda. It's going to wear people out.

President Trump “absolutely has confidence” in Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, the White House press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, told reporters, after a New York Times report that he shared sensitive information about planned strikes on Yemen in a group chat that included his wife and brother.
