Who has left Trump's administration and orbit?

If trump has had one success during 2.0 it is all the work his lackeys did prior to the inauguration identifying folks with such a degree of blind loyalty there has not been a series of resignations and firings like there was during 1.0.

But for how much longer? Will the impending inflation triggered by tariffs likely sending Don's disapproval rating higher than it already is be the catalyst?

Trump’s approval rating on the economy drops to lowest of his presidential career, CNBC Survey finds

What about the illegality and abject cruelty of the deportations? Or the defiance of the Supreme Court? Or DOGE cutting things like Head Start and AmeriCorps and life saving assistance abroad?

Or perhaps self-preservation will kick in. I mean, at some point members of the regime are going to realize getting a job once this debacle is over will be much easier if they make a principled decision to walk away now.

Either China.or.America.will.win, I guarantee this. You can be sure that the CCP and MSS believe the same. Too few Americans do however. Trump needs patriotic people, though not sychophants. It's a challenging line to straddle.

A month after Trump ends the trade war, no one will even remember that it happened. All they will see are new trade agreements where the US isnt getting shafted by the world. You can live in this snapshot moment if you want, but it isnt going to help you in the midterms. No one will remember any of this by the midterms.

Anyone that agrees with President Trump would be patriotic, by definition.

You understand trump (and perhaps you) has a fundamental misunderstanding of the impact of tariffs and the nature of trade imbalances, right?

Believing tariffs, and not a coordinated effort with our former allies, will bring about China's demise is folly.

You understand that Trump is putting up a front that makes it seem like he thinks tariffs are awesome and a great way to make money, when everyone knows that isnt true, yet he still says it...constantly. Why do you suppose that is? Its because nations will be far more likely to try to end the trade war if they think Trump isnt backing down. Trump is fucking crazy and dumb, right? Thats what you all say, right? Thats a great position to be in when youre playing a game of chicken.

You guys never remember anything a month after it happens. You just move on to the next bullshit idea from Trump.

Whats this "you" shit? Nah dude, WE ALL forget about the latest thing in the news a month later, or at least most people do. Welcome to the word.

I had forgotten Sally Yates was fired before Mike Flynn. She got the ax cuz she refused to enforce Dotard's illegal travel ban. Then Flynn, the QAnon devotee, was let go.

Not during a normal admin. Not when the events are so consequential. The difference being there is constant chaos during trump's reigns of terror.

If Trump ends the trade war tomorrow and nations around the world either lower their tariffs on us or they completely remove them, what are the consequences? More money for the US? Thats a massive win for Trump and a catastrophic outcome for democrats.

Lutnick is most closely tied to the tariffs, so Trump would surely throw him under the bus. It no longer matters that Lutnick contributed millions. It's hard to see him just quit on his own.

I guess Bessent was nearing the end of his rope, but evidently he's closer in now. That would be comparitively good news for the economy.

No, that’s not normal. It’s Trump’s way of manipulating public discourse. Flooding the zone with shit.

Remember when Biden was going to be prosecuted as soon as Trump got into office?

Biden will absolutely be prosecuted. Which Bidens will be prosecuted remains to be seen, but some WILL be prosecuted.
No. You’ll forget about it. Just like you forgot about all the other people that MAGA claimed will definitely be prosecuted.

Because by then you’ll be directed at a new enemy that definitely will be prosecuted.

Tariffs have been mis-identified as the problem. Trade imbalances are the problem which are not correctable with tariffs.

BTW, CNBC just mentioned a WSJ story that came out over the w/e with sources saying Lutnick and Bessent waited for Navarro to be in a meeting outside of the West Wing and then quickly went to the Oval and convinced Dotard to pause the tariffs. Meaning those two apologists for trump's idiocy understand he is acting on moronic advice from Pete. Again, what does it say about Dotard that he chose a moron to advise him?

Allies have been violating rights of their citizens and hitting America with hig tariffs and barriers for years. If they are upset, its akin to a bank robber getting caught.

Which people did i claim will be prosecuted? Name them and i bet i will STILL agree that prosecution is coming. A bunch of people are going to be prosecuted.
