About 3 years ago I recall the legislators in NY giving themselves a standing "O" for passing what amounted to the legalizing of infanticide. I really think that the actions of CA and NY were what changed the perception of those in the middle. They finally got around to understanding that "safe, legal, and rare" was a lie that the Left wasn't bothering to tell any longer. Their real goals were anytime, anywhere, at any point in a pregnancy.
