Back in 2009 or 2010 a lady came around collecting signatures for some guy who wanted to run for the school board. I explained to her that this part of the city is in a different school district, but she would have none of it.

Actually from talking to her about the wannabe candidate, I'm pretty sure she and the wannabe were Tea Party people.

According to her the one big issue that got him interested to run was the district's cost of having grass grown in a schoolyard. The lady was assigned this area to collect signatures, and the fools had no clue about the school district's boundary not including this area of the city.
