She was outside watering her lawn, and looked up at a window in the next house, and saw him shaving, wearing long underwear and a hat. She laughed so hard, that he turned and saw her , and decided that he had to meet her.

She was a very classy and dignified woman, with a winning personality, which helped offset Cal's total lack of personality.
