Most likely because the documents do not refer to the age of anyone, and by themselves do not offer evidence of a crime.
Investigators know the names and can pursue the dates, locations, and anything they may be able to connect in attempts to find prosecutorial evidence of a crime.

You are not an investigator, and your rampant speculation will not amount to prosecutorial evidence, nor will it make what is contained within the documents means something it does not.

I am not saying that it is not suspicious, just that it is not in your purview to determine the outcome of actions taken.
What you are requesting is the ability to make shit up to fill in the blanks and presenting that as the best option.

This is a good point. Because the names are redacted doesn’t mean the names are not known, they are just not letting the public see them because their media machines will make up things with information that is not yet known.
