Last I checked, I think ICE is a division within the DHS, commissioned by Congress to insure domestic integrity. You know, as a means of countering any efforts to /attack/ our domestic integrity! And therefore mandatory it be funded, fully and properly. In fact, they may even be due for a raise.

Every country has a right to know and control just who is in their country and why if they are to regulate their own sovereignty.

I can't imagine having a problem with that unless you were someone who was planning on being the person attacking it.

Probably not the best idea so long as DJT is in office.

The morons blowing the whistles and honking the horns may not know that the purpose is to rattle LEO's in hopes they will make a mistake and unlawfully kill one of them. But their handlers do.

As another poster mentioned, none of us would tolerate someone blowing whistles and honking horns a few feet from us at our workplace. We'd tell out bosses, get rid of these assholes or find someone else to create these reports and the like.
