It is often asserted that poverty causes crime. I suggest that crime causes poverty. Obviously crime victims are made worse off when they are burglarized or mugged. But there are many other people who are made worse off indirectly by crime. A high crime rate will drive businesses out of a neighborhood.

Well, of course you are entitled to your opinion but that is all you have and it is not enough....the fact of the matter is simply this....under segregation(which many younger blacks now advocate for)there was lower crime, less black unemployment, more black businesses and more stable black families aka black families with a father present in the home which is now rather rare.

Some may consider them white....but historically speaking they have not usually been referred to in that manner.

White is not considered a race.....though Caucasian is.


Jews down South have always been considered white folks.....thus the term white can be applied by some and has been applied in many cases to non-caucasians....even some Negroes could and did pass for white if they had much white blood in them....but usually the one drop rule prevailed even if a negro had white features.

Thus the term 'white' is a rather loose term.....not a rigid definition.,,,,,only real clear when it comes to Negroes....that are pure blooded .....and in America at least the term white has historically only been used to differentiate from the Negroid race....rather than from other races such as Asian or semites.

Judaism is the religion of Jews......but not all Jews practice the religion.

Jews exhibit, he writes, a distinctive genetic signature. Considering that the Nazis tried to exterminate Jews based on their supposed racial distinctiveness, such a conclusion might be a cause for concern. But Ostrer sees it as central to Jewish identity.

German Jews were very assimilated--many even had blond hair ....and many felt they were actually German.....yet when Nazism took control there were some Gestapo agents noted for their ability to spot Jews.....they had some sort of uncanny ability to do that--but they did not know exactly how they were able to do it.

They relied a lot on whether or not the suspect was circumcised...though a lot of real Germans were also circumcised.
