can you believe it. I certainly can not. If the jury was all black I would possibly say maybe, but this one not only takes the cake it eats it gobbles it up and licks the plate clean. Kind of reminds me of Trump and "democrat" jurors did him wrong. Completely different topic but similar yet different. What I say to the lawyer is "seriously" and "come on man", I will turn this over to the Resident race expert IM2 for examination.

Lawyers for Payton Gendron, the gunman who is serving 11 life sentences on state charges in connection with the 2022 massacre, said Black and Hispanic people are "systematically" underrepresented in the Southern District of New York's jury pools, violating the constitutional rights of defendants, the motion said.
