can you believe it. I certainly can not. If the jury was all black I would possibly say maybe, but this one not only takes the cake it eats it gobbles it up and licks the plate clean. Kind of reminds me of Trump and "democrat" jurors did him wrong. Completely different topic but similar yet different. I don't think he's trying to get out of jail, I believe they're (he & his attorneys) trying to get rid of the federal charges against him which can carry the death penalty if he's convicted.

If he intentionally selected a location in New York state because they don't have the death penalty then I'm glad he miscalculated when it comes to having to face the possibility of his own death as punishment for his racist acts.

They've already previously tried to get his federal case thrown out as well as a change of venue due to the alleged "lack of diversity". "Ain't that some s__t"

It wouldn't surprise me if he was counting on New York not having the death penalty and simply forgot about or never knew that federal charges could be brought against him and DO allow the death penalty as punishment.

If only there was a way to resurrect him back & then re-execute him ten times.
