Now sadly you got every group imaginable jumping on the band wagon, and trying to use the weaknesses in order to usher in just about anything imaginable now. How much of this stuff is working to break this nation down as opposed to lifting it up, (you know) otherwise to make it great again ?? One has to wonder... From what most see, it is the DRUGS that are breaking us right on down.

Except for states like Alaska which have repeatedly found that personal use of pot is covered by our state Constitution, in fact it was actually written into it in 1975.

Alaska will continue to fight for our right to private use, and most of us fight for our veterans who find it comforting.

The DEA could not enforce drug laws against Marijuana with state support. It seems pretty doubtful they would be successful without state support which they certainly aren't going get in states where it is legal. These states are making a ton money off taxes on the sales. This is just more Trump bull shit in his attempt to further divide the nation.

Maybe if some one revealed to the Presi-dick that working drafts of the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence might have been written on Hemp paper he might have a better understanding how important MJ is too our society! Do you really think that parents who are looking into their bright young children's faces, are over joyed that they will soon be trying to purchase or use marijuana by age 14 ? While I agree with your assertion regarding the need for federali laws to have assistance from the state, we dont KNOW what Trump is planning to do on this matter and we certainly cant read his mind.

For states that h ave legalized pot, federali law enforcement is going to cost a lot of resources, effort and man power, something they dont have a lot of, but could muster in a case by case manner at specific points/counties, etc.

Trump has stated that he considers pot to be a state/local matter.
