Because you had clear cases of lawbreaking in those "lawfare" cases.

Frankly, the real problem with Biden was that he treated Trump with kid gloves as a sense of professional courtesy. It should not have taken three years to get an indictment for stealing files or inciting the January 6th riots.

The other part of the problem is that even if they had proof that Trump had slapped an underage girl while she was orally gratifying him in the 1980s, while that was horrifying, it was also well past the statute of limitations.

Frankly, I think Biden should have released all the Epstein files and let the chips fall where they may.
