Do you realize this article you cite is propaganda? And BTW, the first paragraph of your OP, YOUR paragraph, is incoherent and illiterate. Who are you to be putting down others?

Even if this article is true, the title of the OP is completely misleading.
"White flight from London" is not true. This is about people leaving the East End. The slum, basically. And it is only one borough of London, a massive city of 15 million people.

The East End is where poverty and crime have reigned supreme for centuries. It is where Jack the Ripper did his serial killing.

Historically, poor neighborhoods in the US have been inhabited by immigrants, one ethnic group after another who eventually moved on and made way for a new wave of immigrants.

For example, Harlem was a settlement of Dutch farmers in the mid-600s. In the 17th and 18th centuries, Dutch, French, and English settlers lived there. And then "Irish immigrants arrived in Harlem as squatters, establishing shantytowns as well as a territorial claim to street and neighborhood boundaries." (wiki) In the late 1800s, there were Irish and Italian immigrants. Then came German, Eastern European and Russian immigrants. Harlem has been mostly African-American since the early 1900s.

London's East End is that kind of place. It is were poor people live. It is not a place where affluent immigrants go to live. It is a place of minorities since England has had minorities.

Bottom line: there is no flight of 'whites' from London as the OP states. There is some movement of people who are affluent enough to do so, to move out of the East End, a traditionally low-income area of poverty and minorities. End of.
