Allow me educate you:

The Straw Man fallacy is committed when a person simply ignores a person's actual position and substitutes a distorted, exaggerated or misrepresented version of that position. This sort of "reasoning" has the following pattern:


Person A has position X.
Person B presents position Y (which is a distorted version of X).
Person B attacks position Y.
Therefore X is false/incorrect/flawed.

I challenged your statment that whites were not the majority at the time you given which was 1790. I didn't distort your position, I simply challenged it by showing proof that you were incorrect.

The 14th Amendment ratiifed in 1868 states that ''All people are equal before law''.

That is the ONLY mention about equality in the Constitution.
