The so-called felony was not a felony when he was allegedly lying about value of properties. Even so, 99 percent of you don't track your property value so if you are asked for value, you are guessing. Trump conditioned his financial statements by disclaimers. Anyway, banks do not rely on customers values since banks require that the property is valued by a licensed appraiser.
