I would agree. Neither Clinton or Bush have distinguished themselves as strong leaders.

I disagree. Bush has done everything he has said that he would. While there is room for improvement on certain issues (immigration and be more agressive in the WOT) he has been a very decisive leader. Something we have lacked since Reagan in this country.
