I wanted to ask everyone what they thought was the best song nominated for an Oscar:

1. Happy - Pharrell Williams "Despicable Me 2"

2. Let It Go - Idina Menzel "Frozen"

3. The Moon Song - Karen O "Her"

4. Ordinary Love - U2 "Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom"

I think that Happy was the most original and uplifting.

The Moon Song was pitiful. A song about a man's love for his computer. It sounded off-key.

U2 wrote a song that was nice, Disney came through with a nice song but not an original song.

Maybe Happy wasn't sophisticated for Oscar voters, but I love it and it would have been my choice.

I know it's a slow day, but 40 views and no votes?

I've got 1 inch of ice and 4 inches of snow, so I'm not at work. Post is closed. I guess I'm the only person that's at home except for the usual suspects.
