I do not believe that is true. We should realize that job creation depends on a lot of factors, and a president's policies may influence those factors up or down but IMHO it's limited. Things like taxes, regulations, EPA, foreign affairs (tariffs), etc., does have an impact, but there's also Congress and the Courts to consider. But the prez doesn't just sit and watch, he has to do something or he and his party will suffer the consequences in the next elections. What he/she does may be ineffectual or it may be otherwise, but my own opinion is that a smaller and less intrusive gov't lends itself to greater job creation and that is the cornerstone of the GOP. Not as much as they should or used to, but still better than the democrats.

Biden provided funding to state and local governments to set up COVID distribution centers and web sites. A free COVID vaccine was provided to anyone who desired it.
