John Kerry Made A Troubling Threat Over Russia's Annexation Of Crimea - Yahoo Finance

John Kerry announced that if Russia annexes Crimea we will no longer talk to them.

So let me get this right..... We won't honor our treaty to defend the Ukraine AND we won't talk to Russia anymore.......SO what will we do?
