Walz held the NC rally a few days ago, without Harris....because she was working on this economic rollout, and planned to roll it out a couple of days after the Walz rally, in this smaller setting.

Her momentum hasn't slowed yet.

I would expect that the wind behind her to slowdown a few weeks after the Convention bump that she should get....according to tradition.
