It's a simple yes or no question. I don't understand your confusion here.

Did Hillary send or receive classified emails on that toy server? Yes she did. There is nothing to discuss beyond that. If they weren't classified at the time as you claim, then Comey should have answered "NO." But they were classified, and that's why he said Hillary lied about it.

Right there is the other problem. Comey stated she didn't lie to the FBI. If that's true, then what he means is that the FBI didn't ask any of those questions Congress did. How can anybody claim to have done a thorough investigation when they didn't ask those basic questions?

Then he goes to Congress and tell them that Hillary never made a false statement to the FBI. Which begs the question, what questions was she asked by the FBI? Comey can't know cause he wasn't in on the interview. He didn't need to be he had already had his mind made up for him.

This will have to go down as one of the greatest travestys of justice in history.
