I know this is very difficult for simple-minded folks to understand, but you see, the formulation of the government is considerably flawed compared to our modern expectations for our ability to produce reliable technology. As it is the evolution of the flawed government organization has caused the flawed partisan contest for control of the three branches of government. Both parties, because there are very limited rules, do whatever it takes to win elections and discredit the other party. Representative Ocasic-Cortez did a partisan theatrical strategy mission to discredit the Trump administration - she really does not care about the immigration crisis.
